Our team will handle the submission of plans; however, clients are responsible for paying all associated plan and inspection fees directly to the relevant authorities. Please note, our fees do not include any work required from structural engineers or other specialist consultants.
3. Fixed Pricing and Payment
All prices for our services are clearly outlined and agreed upon before work begins.
A payment of £150 is required upfront before work proceeds. Acceptance of the time scales and fees provided serves as an instruction to proceed.
Non-payment or late payment may result in delays or suspension of services.
4. User Responsibilities You are responsible for:

Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and requirements relevant to your project.
5. Delivery We are committed to delivering all projects on time. However, delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the user will not be the responsibility of Approved Plans.
6. Intellectual Property All materials provided by Approved Plans, including drawings and designs, remain the intellectual property of Approved Plans until full payment is received. Unauthorized use or reproduction of these materials is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability While we strive for accuracy and precision in our work, Approved Plans shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Cancellations and Refunds Requests for cancellations or refunds must be made in writing and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Approved Plans reserves the right to charge for work already completed.
9. Modifications to Terms Approved Plans reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through our website.
